Our senior living facility invited Scott, The Tech Tutor, to have a little question and answer period with the residents about their devices that they may not understand how to use or what their capability is. There were many questions and he had all the answers. He will demonstrate and guide you through the process, so a person can have the confidence can do a task on their own with their phone, TV, computer or tablet. He can fill in the gaps that manufacturers leave you with except for how to cable it up, turn it on and turn it off. They give you very little on how to operate some of the devices nowadays. They expect everyone to be able to download a manual off the manufacturers website and not everyone has the capability to do that. That's where Scott comes in handy with his expertise. He's very understanding and knows how difficult it can be for seniors especially, to navigate and use all the latest technology that we are expected to use in our daily lives. Give Scott a call before you get too frustrated and throw your new device out the window! I know this may sound like a commercial, but I was really impressed with his his knowledge and professionalism.
